Philadelphia harrasses bloggers

The city of philadelphia is requiring those who make some money with advertising on their blogs to have a $300 business privilege license according to the Washington Examiner.

Meanwhile the same idiots who are running Philadelphia have paid Carl Greene, the Philadelphia Housing Head, over $300k per year in spite of the fact that he has lost two sexual harrassment lawsuits, settled several others out of court, has one pending, is in foreclosure on his property and owes the IRS over $50k.. Yep, I'm sure that the city is getting it's $350k /year  from Mr. Greene. Maybe if they would hire people who weren't spending all their time groping their employees, they would be more efficient and not have to harrass bloggers.
